hob brooks
Hob grew up in Connecticut and one of his earliest jobs for several years during high school and college was with a small family owned building supply yard and window, door, siding and roofing installer. He started by driving the delivery trucks, but over the years spent most of his time learning the trades and working with the installation crews. After earning a degree in history from Bates College, Hob spend four years as an NCAA track & field coach before moving to Philadelphia in 2006. Since then, Hob has worked in corporate roles for the past ~20 years, earning an MBA from the Wharton School along the way, and spending the last 10+ years at the Boston Consulting Group, where he left as a Managing Director & Partner in February of 2025. He is excited to bring together these two facets of his life, and build a customer focused residential roofing business serving the Greater Philadelphia area which sets a new standard for how homeowners experience working with residential contractors. Outside of work, Hob is a member of the Board of Trustees at Bates College, and the Emeritus Board at the Philadelphia Ballet. He is married and the proud father of three children, and a diehard Philadelphia sports fan in his free time!
