Roofing Subcontractors (1099)
New, customer-experience focused residential roofing company Elevation Roofing LLC is seeking a highly experienced and professional roofing contractor (with crew, vehicle and equipment) to operate as our primary sub-contractor as we scale the business. We will operate across Montgomery, Delaware and Chester counties, with a focus on asphalt shingle steep slope replacement roofs. Elevation Roofing will pay above market per-square, as well as customer satisfaction and safety related bonuses to foreman and crew. Crews must be fully insured, and provide proof of insurance. Preference for GAF manufacturer certified installers. Opportunity to convert from 1099 to W2 in the future if interested.

Responsibilities
- Oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Utilize hand and power tools to install, repair, and maintain roofing systems.
- Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow on construction sites.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required to complete roofing installations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand and power tools specific to roofing applications
Strong background in construction and roofing practices
Capable of heavy lifting and working on construction sites
Knowledge of fabrication techniques relevant to roofing projects
